Как я понял вам нужен фейковый интернет магазин, без контента который будет просто обдирать пользователей. А это кажется нарушение пункта 1.9 вот этого соглашения.

Честность, порядочность, нет не слышал ? только .... фрилансер тебе это напишет. И так для справки: у тебя нет шансов, максимум ты поставишь веб-мани, Яндекс-деньги, киви. - но ненадолго пойдут жалобы и тебя сразу прикроют.

Ну ты ж такой "умный" объяснил бы "глупым" фрилансерам зачем создавать именно тот*** сайт-магазин и подключать платежную систему, и покупать сам у себя, заодно платить комиссию и терять деньги) Гений мы ждем ответа.
