Добрий день, шановний.
Третій раз стикаюсь з Вашим проектом, але не можу зрозуміти яка саме рідина може знаходитись в середині корпусу. Вона не повинна проводити електричний струм...
Це масло, гліцерин, керосин??? Якщо керосин - не всяке ущільнення його затримає плюс вогненебезпечнічть...
Можете більш чітко описати свою ідею (проблему), а не постановку задачі у Вашому розумінні?
Може є якесь інше вирішення Вашої проблеми...
Припустимо розмістити набор єлементів живлення в якомусь "холодильнику"...
Я так розумію, що Ви хочете за рахунок охолодження вирішити проблему нагріву елементів на великих розрядних токах?

Добрый день!
Изначально это будет минеральное трансформаторное масло. Если с ним не получится, то сухая вода. В любом случае используемая жидкость не будет взаимодействовать с металлом/пластиком/резиной и т.д. И она будет диэлектрической и не воспламенимой.
Задача жидкости - держать температуру аккумуляторов в приемлемом диапазоне (10-35С). И дополнительно при возгорании аккумулятора нейтрализовать его тепло чтобы оно не распространилось на остальные.
В общем, основная задача жидкости - охлаждать и нагревать аккумуляторы.

Якщо в пристрої послідовно-паралельні з'єднання , конструкція тримачів може бути іншою...

Не зайве було б навести схему з'єднання елементів, та вказати віхідні параметри цього набору ( вольтаж і ток на виході пристрою).

Схема может изменяться так как на данный момент не известно какое напряжение должно быть на выходе. Пока буду делать 24S3P, но может что-то измениться.

Боюсь, что такая схема ( 24 serial ; 3 parallel ) не совсем совпадают с указанным в задании "....планируется размещать в 2 ряда по 36 шт (3 шт в высоту)."

я не вижу проблем соединить 24 раза по 3 аккумулятора параллельно и потом эти 24 блока последовательно

Я хочу подвести Вас к решению, уменьшающему количество пайки (сварки) элементов.
Последовательные соединения в принципе могут обойтись простым контактом в какой-то "трубе" - понимаете?

Я даже не знаю как их в трубе соединять, особенно сваркой))
Да и не понимаю зачем. Вот так должны быть расположены элементы:
Только тут 3 ряда вместо двух и по высоте 2 вместо 3х. Ну и 96 элементов вместо 72.
Решено делать именно такую конфигурацию чтобы уместить в готовый корпус (критерии корпуса - максимум 10 см в толщину, но желательно меньше)
