Вам принципиально нужно чтобы модель была сделана в 3дмакс или можно и в другой программе? -
А в другой программе можно программно или автоматически положить сверху 30 слоев?

Вы, наверное, имеете в виду текстуры? Думаю можно. Но независимо от программы в которой сделана модель ее можно экспортировать в формате fbx и импортировать в 3дмакс

Отрендерите один раз и соберите мокап, и сможете хоть миллион дизов менять одним движением руки))
