Create prototypes of pages by template

Hello. I want to translate the entire website interface from English to Russian, specifically the main page. Organize the tabs, remove unnecessary functions and modules. I want to make the site as easy and informative as possible for my clients. Platform Presta 9.1, purchased template for cars and spare parts, template August 2025.
