С таким описанием проекта, вы просто выберете фрилансера, который никогда с lottie не работал, но прочтя ваше задание, подумает, что это "сущий пустяк". Сделает анимацию, скачает плагин, а "прогнать" просто так получиться далеко не всю анимацию. Вот тогда и станете друг другу мозг выносить, и не правы в этой ситуации будете Вы.
