About us: UBound (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ubound/id1477982566) is a planning app to help college-bound students plan and evaluate campus visits. UBound LLC provides downloadable mobile applications for college-bound students.
What we're looking for: An experienced full-stack mobile app developer to build on and maintain the UBound app. We need someone to work on stabilizing the app and CMS infrastructure and optimizing the app experience with the overall goal of driving app downloads. Looking for experience working with a small start-up business.
The UBound mobile app utilizes the Swift iOS development language with a Django/Kubernetes backend content management system integrated via API.
We need the following deliverables: - Fix outstanding bugs/defects on CMS and mobile app.
- Remedy deprecated infrastructure in DigitalOcean cloud service.
- Integrate Mailchimp on the UBound landing page (ubound.app). To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following: - Mobile app development, including the Swift development language
- Backend application utilizing Django-based content management systems using an API
- General website development using common languages, such as HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Email service provider (Mailchimp) API integration
