I'm an Art Director / Graphic Designer buried in my own client work and need a senior-level creative partner to transform my existing design files into a polished, dynamic portfolio website and project presentation system. This is a collaboration, not a task-taking role. Bring your ideas, push back, and help elevate the result. Looking for a full stack creative pro who can bounce between graphic design, motion design, web design, and create a fully realized story.
My site is already in progress and built on Lovable.dev, an AI-powered platform that lets me edit and update it myself after handoff without touching code or rehiring. Lovable.dev experience moves you to the top immediately. Open to alternatives only if the site is live/published, self-editable by me, and supports unique design.
I am looking for someone to work along side with great communication and that will understand the task of representing me in this portfolio.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Take existing graphics, print, and video files and crank them up a notch, not by redesigning them but by placing them in kick-ass mockups and visual layouts
- Build story-driven case study presentations and brand/design story boards from existing files
- Place designs onto 4K photorealistic mockups leveraging A.I. or traditional photoshop work
- Build and publish the portfolio site on Lovable.dev or approved alternative. Must also develop the site.
- Add motion graphics / subtle animations to projects where needed such as logo animations, mockup animations, or portfolio website effects.
This project is FUN!! A chance to not create boring corporate work or standard marketing materials with limitations. This is a chance to flex your creativity. I value a partner who brings their own ideas, pushes back, and elevates the work. Your portfolio must show innovation and trend-forward thinking — not corporate templates.
IDEAL CANTIDATE
- Senior-level graphic design experience — strong eye and deep experience across branding, print, and digital. Senior in both Illustrator and Photoshop
- Mockup & portfolio web design — expert-level ability to composite designs onto 4K realistic mockups and build compelling case study/brand identity layouts & storyboards
- Web design AND development — you need to build a real, live, published site, not just design it in Figma and call it done
- Lovable.dev experience — strongly preferred; if you have it, lead with it
- Motion graphics / animation — at minimum, comfortable using AI tools to add movement and life to portfolio pieces
- AI design tools — proficient with AI-powered design workflows (Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Firefly, or similar)
- Won't mind participating in video meetings at least once a week to check on progress. Will expect additional communication in between via text or email.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
This is genuinely one of those projects where you get to have fun. I'll be right there with you — sharing inspiration, dropping references, and throwing out ideas. I'm won't be looking over your shoulder every step of the way, instead i'll be by your side bouncing off suggestions and ideas with you and genuinely wanting your professional opinion and feedback. I trust the person I bring on, and once we're aligned on the vision, I want you to run with it and surprise me. Think of this less like a client-contractor relationship and more like two creatives getting together to make something really cool. I bring the work and the direction, you bring your skills and your own creative instincts, and together we make something neither of us would have built alone.
