About us. KOLEO is a manufacturing and construction company specializing in wooden house building (Ukraine, 20+ years, 300+ projects in 35+ countries). We are entering export markets through a series of niche websites. We are looking for specialists whose websites actually rank — in Google and in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews).
Who we are looking for. Not a front-end developer. A full-cycle SEO/GEO architect. You will research the niche yourself, design the entire website structure based on data, and defend every decision with numbers. If you are waiting for a ready-made sitemap from us — this is not for us.
Your area (1 specialist = 1 website):
- Niche + semantic research (SEO + GEO): intent and question map, competitor analysis
- Information architecture: sitemap, pillar-cluster, interlinking
- On-page: H1/H2/H3, meta, URL, Schema JSON-LD
- Content: strong SEO+GEO texts (AI-assisted via Claude + human editing/fact-check), EN-first native quality
- Visuals: AI generation or licensed clean stock
- Layout on Bricks under our brand
- Technical SEO + GEO readiness + analytics + production handover
Technical requirements (must-have):
- WordPress + Bricks Builder (mandatory; not Elementor/Divi/Gutenberg-only)
- Rank Math/Yoast, Schema JSON-LD, hreflang via Weglot/WPML (not on-the-fly widgets)
- Core Web Vitals in the green zone (mobile), PageSpeed mobile ≥ 90
- Experience in GEO/AI optimization (question-first, extractable content, FAQ schema) — a significant advantage
Our standard for the finished product (read carefully). We only accept fully completed, clean products. There should be no:
- open
/seo/, /staging/, dev or service directories - non-indexed "tails", test pages, junk URLs
- "side-attached" SEO — it is integrated into the architecture
Clean handover: all accesses, accounts, settings are transferred to the client; basic security is closed. We look at portfolios specifically from this angle — the state of the product is more important than a nice homepage.
How we work. Start — a paid limited stage M1 (semantic core + proposed architecture with justification). This is our test: it shows methodology and discipline. Passed M1 according to our standard → we continue full development (stages M2-M5). Payment by stages, tied to acceptance.
