Good day, have you promoted all 3 versions of the website, or just Ukrainian/Russian? Is it possible to provide at least search console and analytics for review? I see there are landing pages by type [country of dispatch] => [country of receipt].
For example, the page https://globalpost.ua/ru/delivery-auto-parts-from-eu-usa-japan/ - there are three groups of queries that correspond to this page. Therefore, it is better to preliminarily separate the EU, USA, and Japan and add query groups to promotion according to each of the countries/unions.
My preliminary plan:
1). Collect all country pairs.
2). Look at the queries for these pairs. Identify the semantics.
3). Check which landing pages exist for these pairs and which ones need to be created.
4). Analyze competitors' pages that are in the top and why (content volume, backlinks, anchors, frequency of key queries on the page, etc.).
5). Develop a plan for creating or adding/modifying landing and new pages on the website https://globalpost.ua/, based on the data from point 4.
6). Technical analysis of the site, programming, etc. - operational work on SEO.
