Set up a working connection to the Amazon Ads API and export advertising reports, including Bulk-File.

Goal: we need the data from Amazon Ads (campaigns, expenses, impressions, clicks, sales, etc.) to be consistently pulled via API into our external tool (Google Sheets / DB / report - we will clarify separately).

1. Context and current situation

• There is an active Amazon Seller / Ads account and an application created in the Developer Console.
• Currently, the connection to the Amazon Ads API is not working:
  * when requesting profiles (profiles), an empty array [] is returned — the advertising account profile is not being pulled;
  * when connecting through the existing application, there was an error requested scopes not found;
  * there is a suspicion that the advertising account is incorrectly linked to the application / the necessary permissions are not granted.
• The refresh token is obtained through a link of the form:
  https://www.amazon.com/ap/oa?client_id=...&scope=advertising::campaign_management&response_type=code&redirect_uri=http://localhost
  but the authorization chain to the working Profile ID is not completed.
• All access details (Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token, Developer ID, link to Developer Console, access to the support ticket system) will be provided separately.
  
  

2. What needs to be done

1. Check and properly configure the application in the Amazon Developer Console
   * Ensure that the correct scopes for Amazon Ads (advertising::campaign_management and others, if needed) are specified.
   * Check that the advertising account is indeed linked to the application (via Amazon Advertising Console / Developer Console).
   * If necessary, recreate the application "from scratch" according to best practices.
2. Establish a correct OAuth flow
   * Configure obtaining authorization code → access_token / refresh_token.
   * Check that the refresh token is working and does not expire every half hour due to configuration errors.
   * Document which link and parameters we should use for token renewal.
3. Obtain a working Profile ID
   * Ensure that the request to /v2/profiles (or the relevant endpoint) returns a list of profiles, not [].
   * Determine and eliminate the reason why the profile is not being pulled currently (permissions, region, incorrect account, etc.).
   * Fix the required Profile ID and describe how to obtain it again.
4. Check access to Amazon Apps & Services
   * If necessary — formulate what permissions and roles need to be granted on the account so that the Apps & Services → Develop Apps section is accessible and everything works correctly.
   * Briefly describe what specific checkboxes/permissions are needed from the account owner.
5. Set up basic reporting for Amazon Ads
   * Implement an example request to the Amazon Ads API (for example, Sponsored Products / Sponsored Brands) using the obtained Profile ID.
   * Obtain and save the first test report (at least in JSON or CSV) for campaigns over the selected period.
   * Describe which endpoints and parameters can be used further (so that we can develop the reporting ourselves or with your help).
   
   

3. What is important in the output

In the output, we need:

1. A working API access to Amazon Ads that:
   * correctly authorizes;
   * sees the profile(s) of the advertising account;
   * allows requesting advertising data.
2. A mini-documentation (briefly, by points):
   * where in Seller Central / Advertising Console what is configured;
   * which Client ID / Developer ID / scopes are used;
   * how to renew tokens (steps and example request);
   * an example request to the Ads API (with curl or Postman);
   * what permissions are needed from the account owner.
3. Understanding of limitations:
   * if there are any limits / restrictions by region, account type, or Amazon policy — describe this.
