1. General Project Description
You need to prepare a master layout that can be automatically scaled (without manual changes to texts, sizes, and based on strictly proportional scaling - such capabilities exist in Adobe Illustrator) based on an already existing design.
❗ This is not a redesign.
2. Layout Logic
Main requirements:
Create one master layout
Base size for master:
13 oz (3.5" × 4.0")
Scaling for 9 oz and 15 oz:
strictly proportional
❌ no manual optical corrections
❌ no changes to fonts, tracking, indents

I understand your task: You need not to "manually rework 3 layouts," but to create one "flexible" vector master that correctly adjusts line thicknesses (strokes), effects (shadows/glow), and font size when scaling, while maintaining perfect composition.
As a designer with 15 years of experience (starting at the printing giant RR Donnelley), I know the technical "kitchen" of Adobe Illustrator and the nuances of working with inch sizes.
How I will prepare your file:
1. Technical cleaning: I will convert the existing design into "clean" vector, check the outlines (Expand Appearance, where necessary, or adjust Scale Strokes), so that the geometry does not "warp" when resizing.
2. Coordinate system: I will work directly in inches, setting up the correct Artboards considering bleed (0.125") and safe zones.
