С другого компа другой человек также ставит эти параметры. Они совпадают. Открывается доска - начинается партия. За победу начисляются очки, за поражение снимаются очки. Таких партий параллельно может быть сколько угодно. Нужно будет сделать список лучших игроков по начисленным им очкам. Необходим чат, блокировка пользователя в чате, добавление в друзья, личный вызов пользователя с конкретными параметрами времени, возможность играть в турнире. Сайт работает на движке DLE 11 версии. Есть примерное задание в вордовском документе, пример дизайна (НЕ в PSD).
