Намалювати схему якщо не можете, це на колінах можна за пару годин зробити. Я не вмію цього але зрозумів, що трапляються такі розумники,попарився, сам зробив половину схему. Так що займайтеся своєю роботою

Щоб зрозуміти що і як можна розмістити на ділянці, треба найперше топозйомка. Там видно межі, оточення, перепади рельєфу. Фото і відео можуть бути як допоміжна інформація, але не основна.
І не ставте таких бюджетів. Краще взагалі тоді нічого не писати. Такий проект вам заблокують дуже швидко.
