We are looking for a specialist for long-term cooperation in developing new models of garden greenhouses and preparing complete production documentation.
We will provide the main parameters of the future structure: width, height, length, type and thickness of metal, as well as general wishes regarding the design. Based on this data, it is necessary to independently process and prepare a complete set of drawings for production.
What needs to be done:
Develop the greenhouse design according to the specified parameters. Consider and correctly position doors, vents, reinforcements, and other elements of the structure. Prepare a general assembly drawing and drawings of individual nodes. Indicate all necessary dimensions, gaps, references, and tolerances. Process the welding points and assembly technology. Prepare documentation based on which welding fixtures for robotic welding can be manufactured. If necessary, prepare a specification of parts and a product passport.
It is important for us to receive not just a sketch or visualization, but complete design documentation suitable for serial production.
The first stage will be a test task on one greenhouse model. After its successful completion, the development of several more models is planned in the near future. Regular tasks will arise for the development of new designs, modernization of existing models, and preparation of production documentation.
Experience in designing metal structures, manufacturing products, and understanding welding technology will be an advantage.
