Looking for a 3D animator (Blender) to create a Minecraft video

Hello!
I am looking for a responsible freelancer who can create vertical/horizontal 3D videos in Minecraft style (realistic character animation, water simulation, hair, viscosity of liquids, etc.) — for long-term cooperation.

There are already initial developments that can help with the work (character model, files of previous demo works)

All animations are created for a new project that is currently in testing stage.

 What needs to be done:

• Create short videos (1–2 minutes) in Blender

• Follow the style of examples (I provide fully ready technical specifications, video examples)

• Work with Minecraft character models (for example Steve, Creeper, Alex)

• Add realistic liquid, hair, and other simulations.

• Create, animate characters, work with simulations.

 Requirements:

• Experience working in Blender (especially with simulations: hair, liquid, and others).

• Basic knowledge of Minecraft (very desirable)

• Ability to work with stylized models.

• Examples of similar works (not mandatory but preferred)

• Understanding of YouTube trends and viral video formats

 Payment:

The budget for this initial project is limited, so I am looking for a performer with a good price-to-quality ratio. I am not trying to find the cheapest — it is important to me that the person is interested in the result, not just “do and deliver”. If the cooperation is successful, I can involve the performer in other, more stable and financially strong projects. Payment is made for each video separately (or per day of work or based on your proposals), but I am also open to long-term partnership or even profit sharing from the video income — everything depends on how the cooperation develops and your willingness)
