I am looking for an Azure DevOps mentor.

I am looking for a Azure DevOps mentor for a live startup that has grown from a pet project and is actively developing and scaling.
The project is a web/mobile application for online communication.

The project started on the Team Challenge platform, where unfamiliar IT specialists with different backgrounds came together for practice and development, and later decided not to stop and scale the initiative.

The project already involves: developers (flutter, ios, ts, python), QA, designers, a manager, DevOps.
The level of participants varies: junior/middle.

There is also an experienced tech lead Full-Stack Team Lead (Senior 7+ years of experience) who is responsible for the software component of the project.

Stack and environment

• Backend: Python (FastAPI) and WebSockets

• Infrastructure: Microservice in Azure Container App service

• Frontend: React TS

• Process: Jira

I am acting as a DevOps on the project and I need periodic/planned consultations on infrastructure, infrastructure reviews, security advice, CI/CD, optimization. Advice on how to make the infrastructure cheaper and more flexible.

DevOps part of the project.

The project consists of 4 microservices, each service is a container + DB + Redis + nginx
Currently, the project is deployed on a virtual machine in Azure. This is a dev environment just for developers to have a place to deploy code and interact, then we will remove the virtual machine.
Gradually, we are transitioning to infrastructure in Azure Container App. The infrastructure is already described in terraform, there are prod/dev environments. The dev environment is already running, there are stubs and the frontend microservice is deployed, one GitHub action is configured. Databases, Redis, etc. - all are Azure services. Domains have been purchased and connected.
I added a diagram of how the infrastructure looks, at a minimum we still need to add alerts, logs, kafka.

How I envision the communication and interaction process.

For example, on Monday an hour to an hour and a half for discussion, task setting, and on Friday an hour to an hour and a half for review, checking what has been done or as circumstances dictate.
Who I see in the role of mentor.
A practicing specialist in the position of DevOps, with at least 2 years of experience. Works with Azure infrastructure, which is important. AWS and Azure have common concepts but different implementations.
Sufficiently flexible in applying/suggesting technologies.
Each hour of consultation - 800 UAH/hour
