Who we need:
We are looking for a versatile and responsible specialist in setting up advertising in Google Ads and targeting in social networks, who does not just "launch campaigns," but delves into the product, audience, market, and events to ensure sales growth.
This is not an executor position, but a role of a thinking analyst and creative strategist - with deep immersion in each of our projects.
This vacancy is for an experienced professional who is not looking for a side job or "another" project to work on in parallel, but a main job that will require full-time dedication.
Currently, we have several contractors who cover most issues, in-house specialists in frontend design, and assistants who handle product additions.
The goal is to bring everything together, initially establish control and management, and in the future lead the in-house marketing department and completely replace all services currently performed by contractors.

- SEO and content:

- (You will have a team of assistants, but semantics, texts, strategy, and work plan are on you)
Impact on Marketing and UX:
- Creating and testing hypotheses regarding the audience, offers, and touchpoints
- Close interaction with the development, design, and production teams
- Finding growth points in UX (user experience) and supporting UX tests
- (There is also a team of developers, designers, and programmers; your job here is to be a consultant for implementing technically feasible solutions)
Impact on product range development:
- Market, trend, and competitor analysis
- Searching for and testing niches, new products, and their modifications
- Identifying changes in products based on market demand
- Creating technical specifications for designers and production based on demand
- (Close cooperation with the sales department and constant market analysis)
We expect from you:
- Systematic thinking, result-oriented, and continuous improvement
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail
- Full immersion in the project (without parallel work on 5 clients)
- High responsibility and independence in decision-making
Requirements:
- Experience working with e-commerce projects (preferably on WordPress) — from 2 years
- Experience with Merchant Center, Product Feed, Conversion Tracking, UTM
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager
- Experience in SEO optimization of pages and creating content specifications

- Paid vacation of 25 working days per year
- Interesting bonuses, premiums, and perks available from the moment you gain key player status in the team
- Fully remote work format
- Opportunity for career growth to head of performance marketing department
- A friendly team open to new ideas and hypotheses
- Wide scope for experiments and the opportunity to gain experience in exchange for full immersion in the project.
- We offer you to be not an employee but a part of the business and a team that works for results.
