Технічні вимоги:
1. Розробити скрапер для витягування даних з обраних дошок оголошень про нерухомість.
2. Зберігати отримані дані у базу даних (наприклад, SQLite або MySQL).
3. Розробити інтерфейс для введення параметрів аналізу, таких як район, тип нерухомості, ремонт тощо.
