Here is how I see the work for each OEM:
- I find the correct drawing of the part, prepare it using your PSD template and script
- I upload the final image to the host and enter the links into an Excel database
- Using the same OEM number, I check compatibility across several French sources, and I create the title and description in French
- I prepare the HTML version of the description (Word -> HTML with filters or directly according to the template) and add it to the required cell in Excel.
I am a developer (Python), so I can partially automate routine stages (creating HTML according to the template, preparing rows for Excel, basic format checks). This helps to work faster and more accurately, while I perform compatibility checks and the final content of the listing manually.
As for the terms, I propose:
- to start with a test batch of 20 OEMs
- a cost of 35 EUR for 20 listings
- regarding the timeline, I can complete the first 20 items within 1-2 days after receiving a sample database, PSD frames, and a short instruction on the format. Once I get used to your format and sources, I plan to reach up to 20 OEMs per day (depending on the complexity of the parts).
After the test batch, we can fix the rate for every 20/40 OEMs and work on a regular basis - with an increase in the overall volume.
