Simple goods management system based on 1C
We need simple goods management system working on 1C v8 platform.
Very simple data structure:
- one or two lists of items
- a few forms to show and edit attributes of goods
- printing to thermoprinter
Negotiation on technical tasks in Russian.
Input data:
1. A list of nomenclature in Excel file format (example in the appendix). Up to 10,000 lines
What we need:
1. Import the list from Excel to the products directory
2. Develop a form that opens that show info about scanned by EAN item, displays attributes of the product.
3. In this form, the attributes of the product are supposed be edited and, at the request of the operator, the Checked attribute is set to avoid repeated verification when this product is encountered again
3. Create a packing directory.
Attributes:
- pallet number
- box number
- product (from the list of nomenclature from points 1-3 above)
- quantity
4. Create a form that allows you to match the pallet number, box number, products and quantity
5. The ability to print the numbers of boxes from the directory on a thermal printer
6. It is possible to upload the product reference book with the attributes of a box/pallet to Excel format
Next iteration:
1. Printing labels with certain attributes of the product on a thermal printer according to a list corresponding to a specific box (list from item 3)
