    In April 2020, SoftUp developed and introduced the 1C Mobile Workplace App for the client "Transmet".The customer immediately warned that the product has a large nomenclature and that all processes - orders, payments, packaging, documents, returns are carried out via 1C, but stable.Previously, the company with the mobile app didn’t work, so they developed everything from zero.But it was also necessary to synchronize the work of the application with the company's 1C program.Previously, the depositor could forget to place any documents in order or place a labelling.We have also taken into account this human factor during the development.Our task was to do everything in the application so that the depositor didn’t forget anything.What we have done
    Automated the work of the depository using a mobile application.It is suitable for both ordinary warehouses and for warehouses with address storage.With the help of the mobile app, the depositor can carry out inventory, accept goods, pick up and place them, as well as perform any other duties.As a result, the operator of the company does not need to take the goods on its own and enter the inventory data.All the data are immediately entered in 1C.The inventory can also be made by the warehouse itself.In order to simplify the reporting, the inventory is also displayed in 1C.The time spent by the depositary on the selection, movement and placement of goods has been significantly reduced.Likewise, our development reduced the expenditure of the company "Transmet" on paper and printing.All operations are downloaded from the mobile app to 1C and vice versa.If desired, the depositary can print a special document "collective sheet", which helps to collect the order and shows some "memories" on the order.Also in orders now there is a check box, and validation prohibits changing the status of the order until the depositor notes all points.In case of return, the information about its need shall be transmitted to 1C.All payments and payments are made in 1C.All exchanges between a mobile device and 1C occur very quickly, less than in a minute.
