In 1C, there should be settings for connecting and managing accounts, an operator's workplace interface where the operator can communicate from 1C with subscribers of messengers, and all correspondence should be saved in 1C.
There should be sending and receiving of text messages, voice messages, photos, videos, and basic types of files (doc, docx, pdf, xls, xlsx).
Interested in a turnkey solution. It is preferable to provide a video of the working solution for approval with the client.

Configuration process:
-After payment, we will create a joint group with the programmer for prompt communication.
-The programmer will perform all necessary configurations, conduct testing and training for your employees, and provide instructional video.

3 - Register under a subdomain or domain name
4 - Name the Bot
5 - In DNS settings create two records
6 - Redirect to the IP address. Port 443.
7 - Open the certificate and register under the domain name
