How they worked before and what didn’t work.
Previously, they worked in manual mode: at the end of the working day, the staff gave the income report for the day and ordered food and beverages for the next day manually.The senior administrator sent an order to the warehouse.From the warehouse the goods came to the facility.When one of the employees was on vacation, the burden was distributed to the rest of the employees and the delayed work system was overloaded.There was no work with the computer, the innovations caused difficulty.The whole process of submission of applications was done manually.A lot of time was spent on calls, sending reports.In all of these manual operations there were many errors.There were cases that the car from the warehouse to the grill bar was sent several times a day so that the plant had fresh products.The goods that have expired their validity period were removed.The result:
· Connected in the restaurant 1 POS terminal.Installed 5 thermoprinters (in the room of the restaurant and in the kitchen).• Synchronize the work between the kitchen and the room.Delayed the work process.At the end of the day, the report on the sale of the goods of the trade point is automatically sent to the administrator and owner of the establishment.Personal participation in the reporting is not required.This facilitates the work and reduces the time for staff training.The employees learned to work with new commercial equipment and 1C in one day.The program interface is intuitively understood.Connected payment terminals.
