For this, there are ready JS libraries based on WebRTC, which, however, requires connections through Websocket.
Binotel does not allow you to connect through a web-sock, but only through UDP, for example through a desktop software such as Microsip. That is, Binotel provides (under each line) a SIP server (sip13.binotel.com), a login and a password.
As I understood, this can be solved by raising your SIP-proxy server, which will be a broker between the browser (WebRTC) and ATS (SIP). This can be done via Asterisk or Freeswitch.

Здравствуйте, Вы либо не внимательно ознакомились с заданием, либо не разбираетесь в тематике. Либо, конечно, не разбираюсь я.
Интересует подключение по WebRTC, если найдёте где Бинотел это предлагает, готов заплатить.
По-поводу доступности прокси — Астериск, Фрисвитч, насколько я знаю бесплатны.

А у вас есть сайт и спецы интегрировать js библиотеки в него? Прокси вам обеспечит webrtc но не клиента.

Разумеется, я сам разработчик как фронтенд так и бекенд, но этот прокси не могу осилить. Пробовал установить Астериск и Freepbx, но не получалось. До настройки как прокси и webrtc не доходил. Мне нужен по-сути просто интерпретатор webrtc-sip.
