I can work with Tailwind CSS, I haven't worked with Bulma CSS.
It is possible to set up a custom Tailwind CSS theme with colors, margins, etc.
But the question arises, why rewrite in Tailwind? If it's for further project expansion, then it's good. But in terms of optimization, plain CSS will work faster.
To assess the project, the volume needs to be known.
