Site redesign based on Tailwind css framework or Bulma css framework
The idea is to handle a website that is created and designed in HTML with Tailwind css framework or Bulma css framework. So the designer needs to make the new design (layout, colors, forms etc) and the corresponding HTML together with the configured Tailwind css meaning that all new colors, forms, designs, layouts... needs to be pre-configured so after compiling the framework we get the right CSS files.
Content of the site should remain the same
It should be responsive so for desktop and mobile view.

I can work with Tailwind CSS, I haven't worked with Bulma CSS.
It is possible to set up a custom Tailwind CSS theme with colors, margins, etc.
But the question arises, why rewrite in Tailwind? If it's for further project expansion, then it's good. But in terms of optimization, plain CSS will work faster.
To assess the project, the volume needs to be known.
