2. И где сидит эта логика, в самом скрипте или вне его?
3. И зачем обращаться сюда, а не к автору скрипта?
Я всю жизнь использую эту самую логику: а) все прокси в одном тестовом файле б) скрипт берет случайный, если не прошло, то повторяет с другим случайным, так раз 5 (потом выдает ошибку). Хотя можно по кругу, по айпи, по чему хочешь. Думаю, что аналогично поступают и все прочие программисты-проксисты. Т.е. это нечто обиходное, простое, само собой разумеющееся - на самостоятельный проект не тянет.
