For example, the script to get tags from EC2 can look like this:

It can write it into a file or extract it into a console in a readable format or download it somewhere, your option, the main thing to get a list of instances IDs and a list of tags on it.The second same project (individual payment and this is not included in the current task) will have to do the same for the S3/ECS...
