- все поля проверяются на заполненность (AJAX)
- реквизиты получателя (обычные text поля)
- данные о получателе (обычные text поля)
- когда человек это все заполнил, переходит на 2-й шаг и выводятся данные, которые он ввёл.
- потом он нажимает "Послать Заявку" и ему выводятся данные для перевода денег + на указанный емейл приходит ему уведомление об оплате + администратору сервиса.
