The search takes place by:
1) The first 4 characters - the area, you need to set in the script through the back (e.g. GD2M, EL1E) - the input parameter.
2) Order number 8 of the signs - shift in order from 00000001 to 99999999
3) Control number - the algorithm of its calculation here http://www.algorytm.org/numery-identyfikacyjne/numer-ksiegi-wieczystej.html
After clicking on the search we get to the basic page - all the data in individual fields are required.
Next we click on "Przeglądanie zupełnej treści KW" and pars all the info on all the tables(Okladka(opened originally); Dzial ...), also in separate fields.
The data must be put into the MySQL base.
Preferably script in Python, but you can also in another language.
