Скрипт для Вконтакте

Цель его рассылать по предложкам сообществ определенные записи с какого нибудь аккаунта Вконтакте так что бы пользователя не блокировали и рассылалось не чаще, чем раз в минуту с каждого аккаунта. Пишите кто может сделать и примерно сроки исполнения буду очень благодарен. Если заказчик выполнит работу качественно и грамотно, нужно будет еще один скрипт написать на основе этого.

Никакого спама от меня не будет. Будет все максимально просто, по этому аккаунты часто в бан уходить не будут, если вообще будут уходить можно сказать.

Доброго времени суток имеется опыт работы с php в течении 10 лет, соответственно знание ООП и применение его в php присутствует. Знания SQL как правило тоже есть. Помимо есть практика на таких языках как: Python, Java, c++, c#, js, css, так же язык разметки html.
