Добрый день. Можете уточнить. Нужно просто сделать все возможны варианты подсетей для каждого ip(исключая 32-ю маску). Или нужно проверить каждый адрес на вхождение в диапозон и выдать его в виде CIDR?

Вроде бы привел пример... Никаких whois и т.п. не нужно. Цель сократить список и иметь тоже самое по сути. Т.е. найти что можно объединить по какой максе и выдать.

Да. Примерно так. Естественно две рядом по 31 - это одна на 30 и т.д. желательно учитывать. Ниже /24 можно не искать.

Это не всегда правда. Если эти два соседних отличаются не одним и тем же битом, то общая маска будет на один бит меньше (левее).
