Нужно, чтобы он работал по следующему принципу - при нажатии на любой элемент на сайте - он открывается в новой вкладке, а вот в предыдущей уже открывался рекламируемый сайт, как бы задним фоном.
Нужно, чтобы учитывались предыдущие сессии, чтобы в файле можно было настроить сколько раз показывать рекламу за сессию. И возможность настройки длительности сессии - 12 часов к примеру, после этого заново учитывается.
