Скрипт Python для работы с twitter API 2.0

У меня есть скрипт который сканирует интересующие меня твиттер аккаунты и показывает мне на кого они подписываются (за кем начинают следовать) но, проблема в том что он работает только с twitter API v1.1, и там используются другие endpoints и keywords, из-за этого он не работает c API 2.0, а для использования API v.1.1 нужно получить специальный допуск на сайте твиттер девов
Мне нужно переделать этот скрипт чтобы он делал все тоже самое, но для версии API 2.0 и немного улучшить его чтобы мне еще приходило уведомление на почту когда будет замечена новая подписка.
Скрипт должен:
- Работать c API 2.0 (изменить метод аутентификации, так как в скрипте используется метод для API v1.1 и keywords, endpoints)
- Не должен превышать rate limits API 2.0 твиттера
- Уведомлять письмом на почту когда обнаружен новый фоллоу
