Purpose:
Highly detailed figure for 3D printing (photopolymer).
Technical requirements:
Approximate height of the finished figure — 30-35 cm.
Detailing:
High-poly sculpt. Pay special attention to the texture of damaged metal, folds of fabric (cloak), and details of the sword.
Preparation for printing (Cuts & Keys):
The model must be cut into parts for printing on ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra (print area 219×123×220 mm).
Reliable locks (keys) for assembly are required.
Tolerances: Allow a gap in the joints of 0.15–0.2 mm considering the shrinkage of ABS-like resin.
Optimization:
Make large parts (torso, legs) hollow with wall thickness of 2.5–3 mm.
Provide inconspicuous drainage holes for resin exit.
Minimally thicken thin elements (wings on the helmet, edges of the cloak) to ensure strength during printing.
File format:
STL or OBJ (high mesh density, without defects).
