1111 USDI need a low-power solution for a small device with screen that:
- Sends GPS coordinates securely
- Order appears on web portal (or maybe a WhatsApp bot will be an easier solution for starters)
- People with access can either Accept or ignore the order
- If Accepted, a car plate number is sent back to the device
I'm looking for a professional or an agency with experience in delivering similar product (expected to be produced in China). Big advantage if you worked with Nrf91 series.

This is a clear and realistic IoT product, and I've worked with low power GPS devices and simple backend flows where reliability and battery life really matter. I understand the full loop from sending secure coordinates to receiving a response back on the device, and I know how to keep it stable on constrained hardware like Nordic based chips.
I would keep the first version simple with a lightweight backend or WhatsApp based flow so orders can be accepted quickly and sent back to the device without delays. One idea I suggest is adding a small delivery confirmation from the device, so you always know the plate number was received successfully.
