Who I'm looking for:
Practical experience working with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram
Deep understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and promotion mechanics
Experience working with accounts that sell information products
Fluent Ukrainian language
Knowledge of English and skills in setting up targeting will be a plus
Responsibilities:
Profile packaging
Editing Reels
Designing carousels and stories
Creating funnels (if needed, I will teach)
Posting
Visuals (font selection, colors)
Not included in the responsibilities:
creating strategy and content plan, writing texts, shooting, responding to comments
A bit about the interaction format:
I'm looking for a person who will be ready to work approximately 16-20 hours a week (3-4 hours a day). This is remote, so it's important for me that the person is online. We choose a schedule, for example, every day from 1 PM to 5 PM, and we work during that time. I give tasks, for example, to edit a video or design highlights, and these tasks are completed during working hours. I do not disturb during non-working hours, but I also expect that the contractor is focused on my project during working hours and not doing 2-3 other things at the same time.
I am launching experimental projects, so agency services do not suit me; I am looking for "working" hands. This will not be managing one profile; there will be tasks across different accounts in various social networks.
I expect applications to include a link to your portfolio and estimated payment (hourly or monthly). It will also be helpful if you mention your latest case in the application, where you actually influenced the results (what you did and what numbers you achieved).
