About us:
We are a startup developing a next-generation AI seller for e-commerce. Our product helps online stores automate sales in WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other messengers. We are currently preparing for a global launch and are looking for a strong SMM manager who can work with startups, technology, or AI products and help create a powerful presence on social media through video content and the personal brand of the founder.
Main tasks:
- Managing the company's and founder's accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Threads (additionally – LinkedIn).
- Preparing scripts and tasks for video creators.
- Maintaining a content plan (5-7 videos + 3-4 posts weekly).
- Collaborating with the founder: planning publications, cross-posting, collaborations.
- Collecting analytics on content, testing formats, and optimizing for social media algorithms.
What is critically important for us:
- Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn — at least 1 year.
- Practical experience in promoting video content, especially Reels and TikTok.
- English language – Intermediate+ (some content will be in English).
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, tech, or e-commerce projects.
- The ability to think like a content producer, not just a “performer”.
