SMM Specialist (Warsaw)

We are looking for a creative and energetic SMM Specialist who will create unique content with us and manage our social media.

Our ideal candidate:

1. Experience in SMM and/or content marketing and/or communications

- 2+ years of experience as an SMM manager, content creator, or communications manager.

- English level - Advanced.

- Experience in creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram (with an understanding of the specifics of each platform).

- Ability to write texts in various formats: short posts, articles, advertisements, scripts for videos. Experience in writing texts in a corporate style for different audiences.

- Ability to adapt the company's tone of voice and work with brand messages.

- Experience in developing internal and external communication materials.

- Practical experience in managing the brand's social media, increasing engagement and audience growth.

2. Video and visual content

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or others).

- Skills in working with graphic editors (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).

- Ability to work with mobile applications for content processing.

3. Analytics and strategy

- Experience with analytical tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).

- Ability to evaluate content effectiveness and make adjustments to the strategy.

4. Management and organization of processes

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, quickly switching between tasks.

- Experience in communication and collaboration with a creative team (designers, videographers, copywriters).

- Flexibility, initiative, readiness to experiment with content formats.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in creating animated content.
- Experience in launching advertising campaigns on social media.
- Understanding of PR principles and working with media.

What are your main tasks?

1. Creating content for social media:

- Developing a content strategy and content plan for three company projects.

- Writing texts for posts.

- Creating static, animated, and video content (photos, graphics, clips, Reels).

- Editing short videos, adapting content for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).

- Collaborating with a designer/videographer (or independently creating content).

- Ensuring the quality of visual and textual content according to the company's tone of voice.

2. Managing social media

- Managing the company's accounts on social media.

- Planning and publishing content according to the content strategy.

- Monitoring trends in social media and implementing them into content.

- Moderating comments and messages, engaging the audience in interaction.

- Analyzing content effectiveness and generating reports.

3. Internal communications

- Developing internal newsletters and news for employees.

- Managing internal information channels (Slack).

- Preparing content for internal events (posters, videos, announcements).

- Organizing communication activities to improve corporate culture.

4. Creativity and strategy

- Generating new ideas for content, creative sections, and integrations.

- Developing concepts for special projects for social media and media.

- Analyzing competitors and finding new approaches to communication.

- Working with the company's brand messages and adapting them to different content formats.

5. Analytics and optimization

- Conducting analytics of content effectiveness, preparing reports.

- Optimizing the content strategy based on the data obtained.

- Using paid tools for content promotion (if necessary).
