To be honest right away: I do not position myself as a designer / videographer who will fully handle shooting, editing, and visuals at a production level. But I can take on the marketing part, content structure, profile packaging, briefs for designers / editors / videographers, contractor oversight, and basic promotion through Meta Ads.
Regarding your task, I see that it is necessary not just to "manage Instagram," but to create an expensive B2B profile that will instill trust in large clients. For an IT agency, this is especially important, as the content must explain expertise in simple terms, but without primitive SMM.

Regarding formats:
Full-time — not my main format, but if considering full immersion, the benchmark is from 50,000 UAH / month.
Part-time / fractional marketing — from 25,000 UAH / month. This is a format where I lead the strategy, content plan, texts, briefs, contractor oversight, and basic advertising.
Project packaging of the profile from scratch — from 30,000 UAH. This may include strategy, profile structure, sections, the first 9–12 units of content at the level of meanings / texts / briefs, preparation for shooting, and launching basic promotion.
Design, editing, shooting, location rental, videographer, models — separately, if external involvement is needed.
To start, I will need to understand:
— which services are the most profitable for the agency;
— who the target client is;
— which cases can be shown publicly;
— what already exists regarding the website / presentation / portfolio;
— if there is a person within the team who can be filmed as an expert;
— what role Instagram should play: trust, lead generation, warming up, HR, or all together.
