What needs to be done:
— Take raw videos and photos from our Telegram channel (long car reviews for clients).
— Do light editing: cut unnecessary parts at the beginning/end, splice pieces of the same review, clean and balance the sound. No special effects, no music over speech, no animations. The content should remain lively and authentic, as if filmed by an ordinary person on site, not a promotional studio.
— Cut short Shorts (15–45 sec) from long reviews for reach.
— Design each video: catchy title, cover in a unified style, description with links and contacts, tags, end screen.
— Work on audience retention: strong start in the first 5–10 seconds, dynamic editing, teasers.
— Upload finished videos to YouTube on schedule (2–3 long videos a week + Shorts).
Who we are looking for:
— Experience in editing and managing YouTube channels, understanding of retention and CTR of covers.
— Ability to work quickly with a large flow of raw material.
— A sense of "live" format — not a polished studio image, but trust and reality.
— A plus: experience in the automotive theme, skills in creating covers (Photoshop/analog).
How we evaluate results:
— Stable video output on schedule without loss of quality.
— Growth in audience retention and views.
— Clicks to the website and client inquiries from the channel.
Please write how many videos per week you are ready to manage, your experience with YouTube, and attach examples of your work (especially in a live, non-studio format).
A total of 9 videos for the project.
Please write the price for 1 video and we will open the project for 9 videos at once.
