Socket client for Binance.
2227 USDI need fully designed application for connection to Binance crypto stock exchange with simple functionality, based on official documentation (https://github.com/binance/binance-spot-api-docs)[Socket client part]. I need to realise all functions described in documentation for future using in auto trade bot client. Margin futures trading not needed at this point.
Comments in src code with links on official documentation are welcome.
Your suggestions on platform and view of making please.
I can provide comments on documentation on English/Russian and explain how to deal with most of official described modules.
(After this part there will be bot part also, based on API).

I have been working with Binance for a long time and I have experience in similar developments. But I have a couple of questions.
Do you need a GUI application? Or just the implementation of all api capabilities? -
I mean is this development going to be used only to create a trading bot or will you also be using it in some other way?

The project tags say that you want to use c# and, as far as I understand, wpf (if there is a graphical interface). I have a lot of developments in c# (you can see some of them in portfolios). However, I would still like to clarify whether it is necessary to use c#?
