Software for Arbitrage BINANCE/BYBIT.

The task of the bot is to change the prices of announcements on the exchanges BINANCE and Bybit for the USDT/UAH pair, based on the settings in the bot to track the spread between the exchanges, automatically TURN ON/OFF announcements on the BINANCE exchange according to logic and limit, also after agreeing to payment on the Binance order, automatically post announcements on the Bybit exchange for the same amount, and based on the bank specified in the payment method, select the required order, automatically transfer receipts from Bybit to Binance upon request in the order. If there is consent to process the order (of both users), the task of the software from the Binance exchange is to transfer the card from the Binance exchange to the Bybit exchange.  It is also necessary to integrate this software with the bot that has already been written for the Binance exchange in C# so that there is a possibility of combined operation. More details are in the technical specifications. I am adding files with the technical specifications, as well as the software on the Binance exchange that needs to be integrated with this bot.
