По реализации - думаю проще загнать софтом всё в sql базу, и прикрутить интерфейся для поиска. Подойдет?

Добрый день. То что вы привели пример больше похоже на csv или txt файл. json выглядит иначе. И в разных файлах может быть разная структура? Скиньте реальный пример (кусочек из разных файлов), что бы приблизительно понимать трудозатраты.
