Create a design for a website page
In Germany, you can submit various applications to government agencies. We need to create a page design from which a person can download a template for filling out, which will be sent to their email.
We will have 3 pages on our website. Their names + link to an example:

Structure of the final project:
1. Hero block. A headline block with thematic image/design, where the user will click a button, fill out a form, and receive a template on the site (no need to draw the form). Must include a "Download" button.
2. Text block.
3. Article with 8000 characters. Example text:
4. Link block that should redirect the user to the Hero block when clicked (we have already done such a block with you, we need to come up with an alternative to it).
Total needed: unique visual thematic design of the hero block for 3 pages + unique visual design for text blocks of each article + link block.
Layout technical specifications:
- Desktop version 1920x1080
- Mobile version 390px width
