Ваше техническое задание было актуально года 3 назад, но не сейчас, когда сниппеты давно расширены.
Человеку, который собирал семантическо ядро надо настучать по рукам.
Почему в лобовых стеклах нет "ветровых стекол". А, например, для главной 'купить стекло для автомобиля, авто, машины, автомобильные". Части ключей вообще нет.

Потому что для таких задач нужно, чтобы человек был постоянный на ставке и занимался проектом, менял/добавлял/расширял семанитку.
Всё эти разовые сдельные задачки дают вот такой результат, потому что всем пофигу, что-то сделал, денег срубил и давай до свидания!
Когда уже только заказчики это поймут?

Можно и нормально разово собрать семантику и кластеризировать ее в адекватную структуру, чтобы потом с ней можно было работать другим специалистам. Просто работа была выполнена из ряда: "Соберу структуру за еду, готово будет завтра" или "Мы крутое агенство с 10 летним опытом, за 50$ разработаем вам структуру для всего сайта". Собрали все ключи просто из вордстата по одному запросу, особо не парясь.
С одной стороны заказчики не виноваты, они не знают даже, наверное, как должно всё выглядеть в адекватном виде и нормальных цен, кто-то этим пользуется. С другой стороны – жадность, хотят дешевле – получают соответственно. Хотя на самом деле, всего 1 раз мне попадалось плохое качество работы программиста за нормальные деньги из примерно 20 случаев. Странно, что представители бизнеса не понимают, что "дешевле" и "хуже" это в 90% случаев синонимы.
