Hello, I used to do this professionally once (and many other things) so as not to waste time on discussions, - let me make a test version, if you like it - we will make a Safe for another 3-4 (or right away for all the others)

It would be preferable to have graphics (or even better animation) related to the effect, - to evaluate, during debugging (and showing you the result) it is necessary to listen and watch, so that what should match coincides and the sound "falls into place" meaning it looks and sounds as natural as possible..

The sounds will be completely exclusive (yours) even if fragments from libraries are used - they will be with a free license + they will not be used in their pure form, only as part of a completely new effect.. although I don't think you should be concerned about this at all.. no offense, the budget is quite amateurish, so if you don't worry too much about rights, it would certainly be easier for me to work and not for 20 dollars per sound but within your budget (again, no offense I hope, it's cool that you are doing something, and starting AAA right away is unrealistic)
