Creation of an animated presentation video for the Nautek project (1–1.5 min)
Project Goal
Create an informative, clear, and visually modern animated video lasting 60–90 seconds that demonstrates the operation of the Nautek system. The video should be so obvious and structured that a person who knows nothing about ports, drones, and AI immediately understands the essence of the solution and its value.
Brief Description of the Task
It is necessary to develop a full-fledged animated explain-video, including:
visualization of the pain points of ports/marinas;
demonstration of the technology: drone → analysis → interface → user;
conveying the product's value to two audiences (port and boat owner);
neat technological style (2D or isometric, NOT cartoon);
final beautiful branded frame.
A complete detailed script and storyboard will be provided personally to the performer after the selection of the performer.
But it is important for the performer to understand:
-the volume of work is quite large,
-the animation must be structured, sequential, and informative,
-not just beautiful animation is needed, but a full story of the product.
Main Elements That Must Be in the Video

Style and Visual Requirements

Clean technological style (smart city / fintech aesthetics).

Focus on clarity, simplicity, consistency.
The work must be structured, and transitions must be logical.
Text Hints (Important)
The video must work even without sound.
Therefore, the performer adds short text inserts that:
can be read in 2–3 seconds,
do not overload the screen,
help the viewer follow the logic of the plot.
Sound/Music
Background music of a technological style, not distracting.
Voiceover – optional, text will be provided if necessary.
Formats to be Provided
Video:
– Full HD (1920×1080), MP4
– 4K (3840×2160), MP4
– Version with text hints
– Version without text (for translation purposes)Project sources (if possible):

What We Will Provide to the Performer
After selecting the performer, we will provide:
- a complete script (by scenes, with text and comments) and we will also be happy to receive suggestions on how to improve it
- references (style, animation, pace)
- logo and colors
- information about the product and technical details
Important: The volume of work is significant.
The performer needs to understand that this is not a simple video, but a deep product presentation that will be used:
at exhibitions,
at stands,
at meetings with investors,
in port administrations.
High quality of animation, structure, and logic is required.
Supplement to the technical specification:
We are open to using 3D graphics if it allows the video to be as realistic as possible and close to how the system works in reality. It is important for us that the drone, flight, port, and analysis process look plausible in the video, without a cartoonish style. The main thing is that the visualization is clear, technological, and resembles real footage.
