Обычно, когда пишут, что бы сделали вот такого бота как "тот", то ценник за такой проект выставляется 1BTC.
Поскольку человек сам не знает ничего о том что ему нужно и бОльшая часть времени уйдёт не на разработку, а на няньканья с заказчиком и выяснения ТЗ. -
А если нет понимания как делать, то можно даже не комментировать. То я смотрю кто много разговаривает, тот как правило делать ничего не умеет. Классика жизни...

А как же парсер?! Это пожалуй самая сложная часть проекта, ведь наработка бота есть у каждого, а вот парсер будет строиться под конкретный сайт. Цена зависит от количества сайтов, аудио в интернете немерено)
