Budget: 850 EUR Deadline: 7 days

Regarding the budget - 250 EUR is likely enough for short-term design or checking the integration, but not for stable integration. I estimate the implementation of the bot with Tilda CRM, sending messages to WhatsApp, processing responses, and changing order statuses from 850 EUR, with a timeline of 7 working days.

There’s a nuance here - it’s better to do WhatsApp through the official API or a provider, otherwise, you might encounter instability and blocks. I would create a small intermediary service that accepts leads from Tilda, sends messages, stores response history, and changes order statuses in the CRM. Logging and retries should also be included, otherwise, we will end up catching strange failures, and we already have enough talent for complicating our lives =)

You will need to provide access to Tilda CRM, a list of statuses, message texts, and WhatsApp Business or provider data.

I have 2 questions:

> Do you already have WhatsApp Business and a provider for official sending, or do we need to find one?
> Which specific statuses in Tilda CRM should change upon client response?

Budget: 300 EUR Deadline: 2 days

Hello! I am Vladimir, the founder of the engineering agency Vaysed. Your task of automating lead processing from Tilda CRM via WhatsApp is an excellent example of an infrastructure project that perfectly fits our technical stack. We specialize in creating reliable connections between CRM systems and messengers, so we are ready to implement this process in a way that ensures no lead is lost and statuses are updated instantly.

Technically, we will build this process through a reliable webhook system. As soon as a new application comes into Tilda CRM, it automatically sends a signal to our dedicated server. Our backend extracts the phone number and sends a pre-prepared message to the client via the official WhatsApp Business API. The most important aspect of this architecture is the correct handling of responses. When the client replies, our server instantly receives this webhook from WhatsApp, analyzes the text or the button pressed, and calls back to Tilda via the API, automatically changing the order status to the appropriate one.

We have deep practical experience in building such fault-tolerant integrations. We have successfully implemented deep two-way synchronization of messengers with external databases and management systems in our Prudbay Clothes Support ecosystem. We have realized strict logic for maintaining the context of the dialogue and routing in the large-scale educational project RESTART 2026, and we have fine-tuned the reliable operation of background processes for instant request processing in the continuous monitoring system Lumos.

The entire architecture will operate autonomously and without failures even with a high flow of applications. You can evaluate our engineering approach and review the portfolio of implemented systems on our agency's official website https://vaysed.me/.

Please let us know if you already have a connected provider for working with the WhatsApp Business API, or if we need to help you set up this gateway from scratch?

Budget: 650 EUR Deadline: 7 days

We already have an almost ready bundle for leads, WhatsApp messages, and status changes; it can be quickly adapted for Tilda CRM and discussed here right now, I'm available (:
OK, I would allocate 7 days for the working version, if the accesses and scenario are already prepared.
Regarding the budget, 250 EUR may only be enough for a short technical phase - checking accesses, sending prototype, and changing status, while full integration with receiving responses through the official WhatsApp API often costs more.
I would do it this way - webhook from Tilda CRM, message queue, sending to WhatsApp, processing incoming response, status change rule, error log, and simple admin check.
Please clarify, is WhatsApp already connected to the official API or do we need to find a provider?
And the second point - does the status in Tilda CRM change on any client response or are there different response options?
