Добрый день. Простите, этот проект будет закрыт также без выполнения? Ибо 20к на магазин, даже на ОС довольно мало, учитывая требования по "уникальному, современному дизайну".
Тут одни макеты выйдут минимум в 500-700$. Плюс верстка, натяжка, подключение платежек.
За Ваш бюджет можно "сварганить" более-менее качественный магазин на шаблоне. И то не факт. Ибо аппетит "появляется во время еды". 146% во время выполнение будут предложения сделать ту штуку или иную.
